1. The Free Class and Free eBook
Limits to Leverage, the live class, and the Fix Your Personal Information eBook are free. There is no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
2. Digital Products Are Delivered Instantly
The Banking Relationship Breakdown and the Business Funding Guide are digital downloads. You get access right after your payment is completed, on the confirmation page and by email. Because the full product is delivered the moment you buy it and can't be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered, except in the situations listed below.
3. When We Will Refund You
We will issue a full refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You bought the same product twice by mistake
- You can't access or download your product, and we can't fix the problem within 3 business days of you contacting us
- You were charged for a product you did not order
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:
- The name and email address you used at checkout
- Which product you bought and the date of purchase
- A short description of the problem
We reply to every request within 2 business days.
5. How Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show on your statement. Once a refund is issued, access to the product ends and the files may not be used, shared, or kept.
6. Your Seat Is Not Affected
Buying, or getting a refund on, a digital product does not change your free seat in the live class. Your seat stays saved either way.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can make it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access to our products and future classes.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.

Our products are for educational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed, and approvals are decided by each lender. Not getting a specific result is not a reason for a refund under this policy.
