Terms of Service

All content in the Community, including live calls, classroom lessons, recordings, resources, posts, and answers to questions, is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide is financial, legal, tax, or credit advice. We are not your attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including credit score changes, loan or credit approvals, credit limits, funding amounts, or income. Approvals depend entirely on each lender's criteria and your individual circumstances. Results and testimonials shared on our pages or inside the Community are individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.

You are solely responsible for how you use the information we provide. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information on any credit or funding application you submit to any lender. We do not encourage or support misrepresenting information to any financial institution.

• Monthly membership: $50 per month. Billed automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
• Annual membership: $465 per year. Billed once for 12 months of access. Renews automatically each year at $465 unless you cancel before your renewal date. As long as you stay a member, your annual rate stays locked at $465.
• Payments are processed by Skool. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method as described above.
• Prices and what's included may change. Changes won't affect a billing period you've already paid for.

• Monthly: cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Annual: you may cancel renewal anytime. Your access continues until the end of your paid year.
• To cancel, cancel inside your Skool account settings.

Bonuses included with a membership (for example, annual-only bonuses) are provided as described on the offer page at the time of purchase. Bonuses have no cash value and may be tied to specific dates or events.

To keep the Community valuable for everyone, you agree not to:

• Promote or sell your own products or services, or recruit members for other programs, without permission
• Harass, threaten, or disrespect other members or the team
• Share false, misleading, or illegal information
• Share another member's personal information
• Spam, post repetitive content, or post unrelated links

We may remove posts and suspend or remove any member who breaks these rules, without a refund.

All content in the Community, including videos, recordings, classroom lessons, slides, documents, and templates, is owned by Mr100K and its partners and is protected by copyright law. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own education while your membership is active. You may not copy, record, download (unless we provide a download), resell, share login access, or redistribute any content.

Live calls may be recorded and shared inside the Community. By participating, you consent to your name, questions, and any audio or video you share being included in recordings. Anything you post inside the Community may be visible to other members.

The Community is hosted on Skool, and we may reference banks, lenders, or other tools. We don't control third-party platforms or services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, policies, or decisions. Mentioning a lender or product is not an endorsement or a guarantee of approval.

By joining, you agree to receive emails about the Community. If you opt in to text messages, see the SMS terms in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr100K, its owners, instructors, partners, and team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mr100K harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing your membership after changes means you accept them.
