Refund Policy

1. No refunds: digital product

The DIY Credit Video and the Banking Relationship Breakdown are digital products, delivered instantly by email and through our course portal as soon as your payment goes through.

Because digital content can't be returned once it's been delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

This applies to all purchases, at the regular price ($97) or any sale price, including the $47 weekend sale.

2. Please review before purchasing

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

• You understand you are buying a digital product.
• You've read the description of what's included.
• You agree that no refunds will be issued.

3. Access and technical issues

If you can't log in, play the video, or download the eBook, contact us at [email protected]. We'll work with you to fix the problem and make sure you get full access to what you purchased.

4. Billing errors

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, contact us, and we'll correct the duplicate charge. This is fixing a billing error, not a refund of the product.

5. No refunds based on results

The DIY Credit Video and the Banking Relationship Breakdown are for educational purposes only. Credit score changes, approvals, denials, and credit limits depend on each lender and your individual situation, and they are not grounds for a refund.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback may result in permanent loss of access to the DIY Credit Video, the Banking Relationship Breakdown, and any future Mr100K products.
